The mission of the Domestic Values Education and Support program is to prevent the reoccurrence of family aggression by utilizing community resources and providing individualized assessments and treatment, inclusive of mental health and substance abuse, by providing a strengths based approach to education and support which will result in the empowerment of family members who have been victims, witnesses or offenders of domestic violence.
